Pre-press / Design Vacancies

We are looking for two energetic, passionate and creative minds to fill vacancies in our Pre-press / Design department. Working under a line manager, you will consistently deliver excellent results and become an expert at digital printing and souvenir design. You will be required to manage your own workload and co-operate as a team to achieve greatness. You're not afraid to work before/after hours if it means delivering time-sensitive projects.

You are a personable individual with the desire to achieve success in everything you do. You are happy to discuss projects with clients as and when, deliver to tight deadlines and keep calm in the most stressful situations. Nothing is too much trouble, and juggling multiple tasks at a time is second nature. You are friendly to fellow colleagues and are willing to help in any given scenario, even if it's beyond your department (Team-work makes the dream work!).

Technical ability:

The Pre-press / Design department uses iMacs so knowing how to use this platform is a bonus, but not necessary. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is essential, though, as this will be the backbone of your day-to-day tool set. You should also have a decent grasp of the English language as designs can be very grammatically sensitive.

Creative Ability:

A portfolio showing a few examples of your creative flair, a keen eye for layout, and grammatical consistency should reflect your ability as a designer. Illustration and branding skills are also a great tool to have and should therefore be demonstrated. Also, consider current as well as classic and traditional trends - our market extends across an array of clients and demographics.

This role would be perfect for a recent graduate in any art and design discipline. You don't necessarily need experience in the print industry, but it helps. Customer service experience is strongly desired as you'll be in contact with colleagues and clients on a regular basis, whether by phone or email.

Please submit your digital portfolio as a pdf and CV to Ben at by March 19.
